Penetron Case History: The Eliza by Penetron

Comments Penetron 25-08-2015

Developed by Edward Doueihi of Ceerose, with an architectural hint in its balconies of Antoni Gaudi's Casa Mila, the penthouse was completed in 2014. The 10 two-bedroom apartments on the lower floors sold off the plan, with the eight apartments on levels seven to 14 hitting the market this weekend. These are whole-floor four-bedroom, four-bathroom apartments, which is rare. Also on offer is the three-storey penthouse on levels 15, 16 and 17, which has hopes of $15 million. This will feature a rooftop infinity-edge pool, limestone paving, hardwood timber decking, a landscaped garden, and even an outdoor kitchen.

Penetron Admix was used on the lift pits, car stacker and OSD tanks in the basement. It was also utilised on all balconies and the roof top terrace and pool.

Penetron crack repair method was used incorporating Peneplug, Penecrete Mortar and Penetron to repair the cracked & leaking shotcrete walls.
