The main building comprises of the following:

- Level 1 – Amenities, Training Room and Store Room.
- Level 2 – Large Amenities Area, Open Plan Office, Meals Room and Rooftop Carpark.
- External Areas – 3 Bay Truck Washbay, Hard and Soft Landscaping.
Penetron Admix and Penebar SW-55 was used to provide waterproofing and durability to the entire car park / concrete roof of the structure. The system needed to be able to withstand both traffic and weather and protect the valuable Trade and Garbage Vehicle Parking, Amenities, Trade Workshops and Large Mechanical Work Shop with Mechanical Pit below. After careful consideration, Cockram chose Penetron to be able to provide the level of protection required.
“Penetron was used as an alternate to Xypex. The performance, communication and service from Penetron were excellent. They were very approachable and negotiable, always ensured ITP’s were in place to ensure quality, never missed a pour and serviced the project adequately. It was a very positive project and I would highly recommend using Penetron over any other competitor.”
