How to upload + edit a project

Project Upload

  1. Click the avatar in the top-right corner of the screen and choose ‘Dashboard’.

    Not registered? Add your firm or supplier business

  2. Go to the ‘Projects & connections’ and click on the ‘Create new’ button.
  3. Project Details
    • Drag & drop the images in the blue outlined drop zone (as per below).

      You may add renders & drawings however you cannot tag suppliers in these types of images.

    • Fill in the details in the project form. If your project client was private, leave out this section. 
  4. Connect Professionals
    • This is where you credit industry collaborators and the photographer and all connections will appear on the project credit list.
    • Select the profession (eg photographer) in the drop down field and enter the company in the box adjacent.
    • If this business already exists on Bookmarc we will automatically notify them
    • If the business is not an existing account holder, include an email address as we will send out a notification regarding the project connection. 
  5.  ‘Tags
    • Tag Products
      • Hover over & click the product to tag.
      • Add the Product Supplier involved and the product specified.

        Product suppliers uploading a project can tag their own products only

      • Scroll through the images by selecting the ‘Next photo’ and repeat the step above
      • For suppliers not in our system, add an email address to notify them of the connection.
    • Tag Space
      • Specify the space in the box under the image to ensure it appears in search results eg Bathroom, Kitchen, Reception, Corridor, Meeting room etc.

Edit Project

  1. Click the avatar in the top-right and choose ‘Dashboard’ from the drop down.

    Not registered? Click to add your firm or supplier business

  2. Select ‘My Library’ > ‘Projects & Connections’ in the sidebar to your left.
  3. Click ‘Edit’ to make changes to the project. Don’t forget to save all your changes.

What’s the difference in the Manage Project tabs?

  • My Projects – projects you uploaded
  • Pending Connections – you have been tagged into a project that requires confirmation
  • Accepted Connections 
  • Professional Connections – the professional credits per project
