Upgrade, advertising & invoicing

Supplier Upgrade

  1. Once logged in, click the avatar in the top-right and choose ‘Status: BASIC’. Alternatively, from the dashboard, you can select ‘Upgrade Account’ in the top left corner, above ‘Dashboard’.

    You will have the option to pay monthly or annually (annual payment will receive a complimentary homepage sponsorship).
  2. Scroll through the various tabs (sponsorships, email campaigns and support). We highly recommend you select either a 1hr training session with the Bookmarc team or a support pack where we make sure your profile is perfect.
  3. Click ‘Checkout’ on the right-hand side, enter your payment details and it’s all completed.
  1. Once logged in, click the avatar in the top-right & select‘Status: BASIC’. Alternatively, you can select ‘Upgrade account’. If you already have an upgraded account, your dashboard should have the option to “Purchase Campaigns & Sponsorships”.
  2. Select the ‘Advertising & Support’ tab, which will take you the ‘Sponsorship’ section.
  3. By selecting an email campaign or sponsorship, the Bookmarc team will make contact with you to confirm campaign dates. 
  4. Click ‘Check Out’ to proceed with the order.

Invoice

  1. Once logged in, click the avatar in the top-right & choose ‘Dashboard’.
  2. Select ‘My Account’ > ‘My Billing’ in the sidebar to your left. In the next window, simply select the ‘Transactions’ tab to view invoices. All previous invoices will be located here if they were processed by a credit card.
